AP/AR Specialist - International Procurement and Financial Operations

About The Role
As our International Procurement and Financial Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, ensuring seamless procurement, payments, and travel expense processes across our international operations. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and GBS leadership to optimize our support model and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with leadership to implement customer feedback initiatives.
* Guide stakeholders on sourcing, procurement, travel, invoicing, and payment processes.
* Manage local and regional procurement activities from start to finish.
* Proactively recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
* Provide insights to enhance reporting and decision-making.
* Participate in key meetings requiring local presence.
* Address and escalate any issues outside of service level agreements.
Requirements
* Relevant industry experience in procurement or financial operations.
* Experience with International Shared Services/Financial Operations/Procurement.
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in procurement, AP, or accounting.
* Experience in project management and continuous improvement.
* Strong financial and quantitative modelling skills.
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Coupa is desired
* Fluency in Hebrew is desired
