We’re looking for a Marketing Insights Executive to join the Marketing Team and assist with research and insight driven tasks. This role is perfect for a creative, analytically-minded individual who can turn data into actionable narratives that shape marketing strategy, product development, and key business decisions. What you’ll be doing: You’ll play a key role in turning insights into actionable strategies, diving deep into understanding our members and what they need. Collaborating with different teams, you’ll be the go-to expert on member perspectives, helping everyone optimize engagement and achieve great results. You’ll take a look at how our campaigns are doing, analysing member opinions, behaviours, and overall engagement to provide valuable insights.Your work will involve using both qualitative and quantitative research to guide important business decisions around channels, messaging, product strategies, and market segmentation. You’ll also create detailed, story-driven reports that share actionable insights with everyone involved, all while encouraging a culture that values data and insights.As a key member of the team, you’ll champion a member-centric approach, translating insights into strategy and building innovative research frameworks. You’ll explore setting up an internal research panel to boost our member insights and suggest the best platforms to use. You’ll combine insights from different sources to help us connect the dots and make better decisions. Plus, you’ll implement an insight framework for onboarding, making sure they provide personalized insights that enhance the entire member experience. What experience you’ll need to apply: 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role, such as Data Insight Analyst or similar Strong analytical skills, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis Familiarity with data analysis and user experience platforms, as well as proficiency in spreadsheets and Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP) A curious, question-driven mindset that helps uncover actionable insights Interest in applying AI to optimize research processes Experience with membership or subscription models (a bonus) What you’ll get in return: A salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus; personal development fund; additional holiday days and more.
