Supplier Master Data Analyst – UAT, Hypercare, and Tax Support
Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, in recruiting a Supplier Master Data Analyst to provide UAT, hypercare, and tax support during a critical SAP implementation project. This role is pivotal in managing supplier master data, resolving issues, and addressing tax-related challenges to ensure smooth system operations post-Go-Live.
Contract Assignment Details
* Start Date: February 2025
* Contract Length: 6-12 months (with potential for extension)
* Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to the EMEA region, particularly Poland (which will be covered/expensed)
* Daily Rate: £450–550 per day via umbrella company
The Supplier Master Data Analyst must have:
* Proven experience supporting supplier master data during UAT and hypercare phases.
* Expertise in SAP systems, particularly supplier master data management.
* Experience with tax updates across multiple countries, including VAT, withholding tax, and compliance requirements.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address supplier data errors and tax-related obstacles impacting invoice processing.
* Ability to provide reactive support for supplier and tax issues.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting supplier master data during UAT and Go-Live hypercare phases.
* Identifying and remediating supplier data errors, including resolving failed invoice processing.
* Providing reactive support for tax updates and ensuring compliance across multiple countries.
* Collaborating with regional teams to address supplier and tax-related challenges.
* Contributing to the stabilisation of supplier data and tax configurations post-Go-Live.
