It's an exciting time to be joining the cruise industry with our beautiful fleet back into service and sailing around the world with our guests. We are now strengthening our Marketing team in our Ipswich Head Offices with a Brand Manager. Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, this exciting position will be focused on increasing brand consideration by ensuring that our brand is optimised across all customer touchpoints. This is an exciting and varied role support the Ecommerce & Marketing Team and wider teams within the business by delivering and training on brand guidelines, provide ongoing coaching and creative support as required across the business. This role will play a key part in rolling out consistent and impactful brand design & campaign designs across all internal and external touchpoints, including (but not limited to): Media (consumer & trade), Direct Marketing, Annual brochure, Ecommerce touchpoints, POS, Merch, Events, Ship-based touchpoints (leading the Brand & Campaign Executive on this) and Employee comms. We are keen to hear from individuals who are experienced in production and the delivery of marketing communication materials, with knowledge of working within brand guidelines to deliver consistent and attractive materials. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment in an agile, effective way is essential for this position. It would be desirable to have Travel Industry experience, ideally within the Cruise sector. This is a Full-Time position, working 35 hours a week, based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) offering a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
