About your new role - Service Coordinator in Aberdeen The Regional Service Coordinator is a customer facing role where you'll deal with various stakeholders across the business; working alongside the service equipment team in Europe ensuring customer requirements are being met across the region. Duties of the Regional Service Coordinator include: - Coordinating with customers to repair and service equipment - Schedule personnel and equipment to ensure job completion - Managing all transactions in JDE and TAT ERP systems - Controlling and accurate tracking of all jobs, costs, servicing and calibration - Processing, invoicing and revenue recognition for full process - Forecasting, revenue and costs and jobs for the region. About you: Ideally you'll have worked in a similar role as a Service Coordinator in the Oil & Gas sector.
