Overview
The Senior Construction Estimator plays a pivotal role in steering the organisation towards its strategic goals and objectives. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage teams, drive operational excellence, and foster relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executive management, with an emphasis on data analysis, communication, and multilingual capabilities to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Duties
* Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organisation's vision and objectives.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across estimating and pre-construction departments.
* Lead and mentor senior management teams to foster professional growth and performance excellence.
* Analyse organisational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
* Manage budgets and resources efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to contribute ideas for organisational improvement.
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, showcasing strong phone etiquette.
* Experience in managing bilingual or multilingual teams is advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organisation.
* Proven track record in construction estimating within the RC Frame sector.
