o Minimum one year`s experience in Administration.
o GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue of initial query letters to patients
Enter on to case management system details of all correspondence and documentation received from patients
Open post and entering information onto case management system
Undertake assessment of entitlement based on information received
Issue of reminder letters, entitled and not entitled letters as appropriate, to patients.
Update the BSO patient registration system with patient entitlement
Working Hours:
o Band 3 - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Rate of pay is £12.31 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
