Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
2. Friday: 8.30am to 4.15pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Office-Based, Full Time

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their team in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
1. Learn and understand the product range to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
2. Target and develop relationships with both new and selected existing accounts.
3. Provide support and assistance to the sales team, collaborating to achieve sales targets.
4. Handle customer enquiries over the phone, including despatch dates, tracking information, pricing, and technical inquiries.
5. Follow up with customers after marketing campaigns to nurture and strengthen relationships.
6. Introduce new products to existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
