Job Title: Sales & Delivery Administrator Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm Salary: £25,000 Benefits: Pension: 6% employer, 5% employee, 33 days holiday (including statutory), death in service 3x annual salary, company sick pay scheme, free onsite parking Location: Halifax Sales & Delivery Administrator Opportunity Provide administrative support to the Sales & Delivery Teams Manage the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholdersSales & Delivery Administrator Duties Support Internal Teams: Assist Senior Delivery Co-Ordinator, Delivery Co-Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary Supplier Liaison: Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules Delivery Schedule Monitoring: Update and communicate changes to stakeholders Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records across systems (LIST, VPS, Super Office) Stock Management: Support stock-checks for vehicles and equipment on-site Sales & Delivery Administrator skills/experience required Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements Strong administrative background Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) If this Sales & Delivery Administrator role sounds of interest please apply to this advert with an updated copy of your CV INDPB
