Job Title: Sales & Delivery Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Salary: £25,000

Sales & Delivery Administrator Opportunity
* Provide administrative support to the Sales & Delivery Teams
* Manage the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers
* Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Sales & Delivery Administrator Duties
* Support Internal Teams: Assist Senior Delivery Co-Ordinator, Delivery Co-Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers
* Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary
* Supplier Liaison: Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments
* Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues
* Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules
* Delivery Schedule Monitoring: Update and communicate changes to stakeholders
* Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records across systems (LIST, VPS, Super Office)
* Stock Management: Support stock-checks for vehicles and equipment on-site
Sales & Delivery Administrator skills/experience required
* Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements
* Strong administrative background
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
