Key Responsibilities
As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, including administrative tasks and staff management
* Providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the lodge is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, customer service, and people management. They will be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
