Location Northern Ireland Your role in the team AllstateNI Finance Shared Services have opportunities for two junior analyst positions. Financial Analyst As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of a team based in NI working closely with the Protection Products & Services team based in USA. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate expense information, producing reports and analysis to help support business decisions. Invoicing partners Investigate financial issues and questions Participate & complete ad hoc projects/requests Work closely with management teams and key stakeholders in the organization Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports & presentations of a financial nature Ensure credibility by providing high quality (accurate, timely, relevant) financial measurement, reporting, planning, & consulting Investment Reporting Analyst Allstate Investments manages approximately $100 Billion of assets. Our goal is to provide sustainable, competitive, risk-adjusted investment returns and investment related services for the benefit of the Allstate Corporation. The Settlements, Cash Collection, and Collateral (SCCC) asset maintenance team is responsible for accurate Aladdin Trade Entry, Trade Enrichment, and Settlements. Accurate & on time processing of complex, high value Derivative trades Work independently with external brokers, exchanges, and counterparties to settle complex trade transactions / settlement defects. Monitor Aladdin Trade Dashboard to ensure public, non-public, and Derivative trades are flowing properly through the Aladdin system Monitor Derivative Security & Trade Entry to ensure trades are flowing correctly through Aladdin, the Eagle Data Hub, and Maximis (Hold Tables) Serve as first point of escalation & resolve moderately complex exceptions while escalating complex issues promptly Ability to work with all areas of internal Operations and Finance to resolve out of balances, research issues & provide production reports as necessary So, what are the essential criteria to apply?
