Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Administrator at Boddingtons Electrical Ltd. The Telesales Administrator will be responsible for customer service, order processing, sales support, and providing administrative assistance to the sales team.
This is a new role at Boddingtons which will be developed and revised over time to maintain an effective and productive sales role, to compliment the high level of service received by our customers
Qualifications
1. Customer Service and Communication skills
2. Order Processing and Administrative Assistance skills
3. Sales support experience
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a team
6. Experience with CRM software is a plus
7. Knowledge of electrical products is beneficial
8. GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
