The Role
The Technical Project Manager will oversee project workflows, team operations, and technology initiatives, ensuring efficient delivery through agile methodologies. Working closely with the Product Owner, you will balance new feature development with ongoing maintenance and bug fixes while providing regular status updates and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities
* Configure and optimise Jira workflows, dashboards, and automation.
* Develop and maintain technical release plans aligned with the product roadmap.
* Lead bug triage, prioritising and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
* Track and analyse team performance metrics, including burndown and velocity.
* Provide regular project status reports and communicate risks and dependencies.
* Facilitate retrospectives, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and workload prioritisation.
* Oversee BAU request triage to maintain system stability alongside project work.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in technical project management within an agile environment.
* Expertise in Jira, including workflow customisation and reporting.
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Experience in resource allocation, workload prioritisation, and defect management.
* Proven ability to analyse project metrics and provide performance insights.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
