* Welcoming visitors to the Business Centre
* Provide admin support to the Assistant Centre Manager
* Offering refreshments to guests/tours
* Rapport building and fact finding with customers
* Managing incoming mail; Inc. signing and managing deliveries
* Manage Mailbox and Virtual office customers
* Managing access control for new/departing customers, visitors, contractors
* Maintaining log of guests, contractors and attendees for fire log
* Work closely with customers upon onboarding to ensure a smooth transition
