We are currently working with a market leader who, due to business growth, is looking for a Client Success Executive to join a very successful team. The team is dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving business objectives. A consultative approach and providing first-class services is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
2. Actively promote and demonstrate new features and updates, aligning with clients' evolving needs.
3. Oversee the onboarding process of new accounts, ensuring smooth transition and successful platform adoption.
4. Provide tailored training sessions to equip clients with comprehensive knowledge of the platform.
5. Offer reactive problem-solving support over the phone and virtually.
6. Maintain accurate data and uphold due diligence in all client interactions.
The role would suit someone from a B2B customer relationship management background, preferably with a SaaS environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as well as a passion for delivering excellence.
