We are currently working with a market leader who, due to business growth, is looking for a Client Success Executive to join a very successful team. The team is dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving business objectives. A consultative approach and providing first-class services is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
* Actively promote and demonstrate new features and updates, aligning with clients' evolving needs.
* Oversee the onboarding process of new accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and successful platform adoption.
* Provide tailored training sessions to equip clients with comprehensive knowledge of the platform.
* Offer reactive problem-solving support over the phone and virtually.
* Maintain accurate data and uphold due diligence in all client interactions.
The role would suit someone from a B2B customer relationship management background, preferably within a SaaS environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as well as a passion for delivering excellence.
