Receptionist
Location: Northampton, NN4
Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00-17:00)
Salary: £12.50 per hour with free breakfast and lunch provided

As part of the Operations Department, you will work closely with another Receptionist being the first person that employees, visitors, and customers see or speak to.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors
2. Answering and forwarding phone calls (within three rings)
3. Screening phone calls
4. Managing the company central email address
5. Sorting and distributing post
6. Updating the CRM system with any changes or new contacts
7. Exporting relevant data into Excel for reporting
Minimum Requirements:
1. A friendly and polite personality
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Experience working with IT systems
4. Ability to work well under pressure
5. Self-motivation and efficiency
