The Role
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Project Managers to lead the execution of research projects in either the International Project Team or the Patient Search & Engagement team. In these roles, you will take full ownership of assigned qualitative and quantitative fieldwork studies, ensuring seamless coordination, and timely delivery, delivering projects that connect patients with groundbreaking healthcare research.

Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead patient engagement projects, ensuring they meet client goals and expectations.
* Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and maintaining clear, timely communication.
* Manage international qualitative and quantitative healthcare fieldwork studies from start to finish.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
* Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution.
* Provide regular project updates, reports, and insights to clients.
* Commission and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to support project execution.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, data protection, and adverse event reporting requirements.
You
This position would be a great match for a Project Manager who has at least a year of experience working in healthcare market research fieldwork, particularly in patient recruitment and engagement.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate:
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
* Excellent telephone manner.
