What You Will Do
* Managing multiple customer accounts and acting as a trusted advisor.
* Identifying and securing new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
* Negotiating contracts and expanding product offerings to benefit both the customer and the company.
* Representing the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events (some UK travel required).
* Supporting junior colleagues and sharing industry knowledge.
* Developing expertise in market trends to anticipate customer needs and drive growth.
* Providing product support and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
* Onboarding new customers and ensuring seamless integration.
* Monitoring business activities and reporting key insights to stakeholders.
* Working with engineering and product management teams to deliver new customer solutions.
What You Will Need
* A degree (preferably in a relevant sector)
* Minimum of 4 years’ in Account Management
* Proven track record of managing and growing B2B relationships.
* Experience working in a target-driven environment.
