Identifying and securing new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Negotiating contracts and expanding product offerings to benefit both the customer and the company. Representing the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events (some UK travel required). Supporting junior colleagues and sharing industry knowledge. Developing expertise in market trends to anticipate customer needs and drive growth. Providing product support and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Onboarding new customers and ensuring seamless integration. Monitoring business activities and reporting key insights to stakeholders. Working with engineering and product management teams to deliver new customer solutions. What You Will Need A degree (preferably in a relevant sector) Minimum of 4 years in Account Management Proven track record of managing and growing B2B relationships.
