About the Role We’re looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of quality assurance across both internally manufactured and externally supplied products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. This role is central to ensuring that all quality procedures, controls, and documentation align with both regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Developing and maintaining quality procedures and compliance standards, including ISO 9001. Overseeing supplier quality assurance and working with procurement teams to uphold high standards. Managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and using data-driven insights to improve processes. Leading continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Ensuring the company follows environmental and waste management best practices. Providing training and support to employees to embed a strong quality-first culture. What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following requirements: At least 3 years of experience working as a Quality Manager within the manufacturing or engineering sectors. A strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks and regulatory standards. Experience working in fast-paced, project-based environments, particularly in prototype development. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and driving improvement projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS/ERP systems. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience Own transport is required due to the location of the role.
