Chef de Partie- Boutique Hotel -Brockenhurst - £14.62 p/h Role Overview: We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our Country House Hotel ideally situated in this beautiful area. The Hotel boasts a Rosette restaurant, covering weddings and functions throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard.
