Salary: Depute Head Teacher Scale 2 - £64,479 annually.

The Depute Head Teacher is required to:
• Assist the Head Teacher in the overall management of the school as part of a Management Team.
• Deputise for the Head Teacher in his absence and have responsibility for the leadership, good management and strategic direction of colleague.

GTC Registration
It is a legal requirement for any teacher teaching in a Scottish state school to be registered with GTC Scotland, General Teaching Council (Scotland) Registration.
Diocese Approval
In line with section 21 (2A) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 the successful candidate for this post will require to have the approval of the Roman Catholic Church.
