Are you an experienced leader with a passion for innovation and team development? Our successful Accord department is seeking a talented individual to lead and enhance our Intermediary telephony, webchat, and chatbot teams. You'll play a crucial role in driving team performance and elevating broker experience through strategic team development and exceptional service delivery.
About the role
Key responsibilities for the role are:
* Lead the implementation of the strategic direction of the Accord telephony (inbound & outbound) teams.
* Plan the ongoing development of the Business Development Adviser team in line with market trends and internal developments.
* Actively engage with leaders across the Society to identify & initiate tactical change to enhance the Intermediary proposition.
* Supporting Senior Management and the Director of Mortgage Distribution, playing an active role in the planning and implementation of Accord’s overall Broker proposition and sales distribution strategy.
* Providing the Senior Leadership team within Intermediary Distribution with insight relating to service level management, Broker feedback and business volumes
About You
* 2-3 years experience in business operations leadership and / or sales leadership roles
* Strong understanding of the UK Intermediary Mortgage market
* Awareness of trends within the industry and service propositions offered by competitors
* Ability to develop and foster a high performing culture led by the behaviours you demonstrate & instil in others.
* Ability to actively challenge and contribute to decision making at Director and Senior Leadership levels
