* Client and Contractual Management:
+ Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and prioritizing safety in all activities. + Support the Head of FM in exceeding contractual obligations and driving continuous improvement.
* Sub-Contractor Management:
+ Manage sub-contracted services to meet client expectations, focusing on minimizing KPI failures and financial penalties. + Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, including risk assessments and incident reporting, and implement corrective actions.
* Operational Excellence:
+ Embed and monitor management reporting and quality systems, tracking metrics for contract performance, productivity, and efficiency. + Ensure adherence to profit protection processes and SLAs.
* Relationship Building:
+ Cultivate productive site-level relationships with clients and maintain proactive communication with sub-contractors. + Actively seek feedback and commit to continuous improvement and service excellence.
* Training and Development:
+ Support the ESS Way Commitments program and ensure effective training and development within the team.
* Project and Cost Management:
+ Lead and manage all sub-contractor service projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and provide clear monthly reporting. + Monitor contract costs and analyze data to drive improvements.
* HR and Compliance:
+ Manage team members according to HR policies, ensuring all sub-contractors comply with updated
* Proven experience in managing successful teams and operating in a highly commercial Soft FM environment with great results.
* Experience with working and knowledge of waste.
* Single or multi-site operational experience in a similar role with an understanding of delivering services to exacting specifications within quality and performance management regimes.
* Previous budget management and Profit & Loss account responsibility
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
* I.T & computer literate as well as contribution to web-based communications media
* Excellent customer service qualities and high principles in service delivery
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and price sensitive markets.
* Collaborative mindset
