The successful Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our strategic OEM and reseller customers, fostering long-term partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
Responsibilities:
* Driving revenue and profit growth with strategic accounts.
* Defining, developing and implementing strategic plans, over a 3-5-year time scale, including sales growth, pipeline development, relationship management and strategic collaborations.
* Ensuring company development and breakthrough innovations strongly align with customer's needs, by gathering feedback from the market and developing business cases.
* Identifying risks and anticipating trends to influence future business developments within the sector. Liaising and coordinating with relevant teams to set & monitor pricing and business quality to meet targets in line with the strategic plan.
* Traveling internationally & within your territory to maximize key customer contact.
* Managing relationships with industry contacts and across the company to ensure successful development of account portfolio.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role of Key Account Manager, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
* At least 3 years of successful account management experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager, or in a similar role (e.g. Business Development, Account Manager or Sales).
* Effective communication skills to build strategic relationships across all levels of the organization, deliver presentations, and write reports/proposals.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of navigating complex relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on strategic plans.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering growth and exceptional service.
