Responsibilities:
* Lead regional construction teams, ensuring timely, quality project execution within budget.
* Oversee complex installations, from aerial/underground networks to in-home setups, using advanced fiber optic technologies.
* Manage reporting and compliance, presenting progress to executives while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
* Drive operational excellence, interpreting splicing diagrams and optimizing construction productivity and cost-efficiency.
* Lead from the front, overseeing large-scale aerial and underground fiber optic construction projects, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with a forward-thinking team, shaping the future of broadband technology while managing cutting-edge XGS-PON and ONT technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in fiber optic construction management, with extensive FTTH project experience.
* Expertise in splicing, OTDR testing, and XGS-PON technologies.
* Strong proficiency in CAD, GIS tools, and construction software.
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
