Responsibilities for a Key Accounts - Customer Service Advisor (but not limited to):
As a Customer Service Advisor - Key Accounts, your primary responsibility is to meet the specific needs of a designated group of customers while closely collaborating with the Key Account Manager. Your tasks include:
1. Ensuring customers are well-informed about supply statuses.
2. Promptly sending customer orders for warehouse picking.
3. Ensuring the logistics team is fully briefed on customer requirements.
4. Measuring performance against key benchmarks such as meeting customer logistical needs, accurately processing sales orders, confirming delivery dates, and ensuring product packaging meets customer specifications.
5. Collaborating with Sales Account Managers to stay updated on relevant information, providing necessary reports, and coordinating with logistics.
Key Accounts - Customer Service Advisor Benefits:

Key Accounts - Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
1. GCSE / A-LEVEL.
2. Excellent administrative skills.
3. High level of attention to detail.
4. High-level of organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands effectively.
5. Competent in using MS Office packages; Word/ Excel/ Outlook etc.
6. Self-motivated and committed to excellence.
7. Professional and customer-focused.
8. Reliable and trustworthy.
9. Calm under pressure and patient.
10. Ability to work as part of a team.
