Job summary Based at the Trinity Holistic Centre, James Cook University Hospital and Friarage Hospital Northallerton. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced complementary therapist(s) to join the team at the Trinity Holistic Service. Main duties of the job The trust has a long track record of using complementary therapies to support people affected by cancer. Over the last 9 years the service has grown rapidly and is now supporting over 2,500 people affected by cancer each year alongside people with other conditions and our increasingly popular private therapy provision which provides a valuable income stream for this charitable service. The successful candidate will be an experienced Mindfulness Practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills who strives for excellence in providing the best possible care for our patients and their loved ones. About us Leadership and Improvement Training South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust; this training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills. You will be expected to attend the New and Aspiring leaders programme, and the Foundation Quality Improvement Programme that the Trust delivers. After you complete this one and a half day of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
