Harnham is working with a huge Health & Beauty company to find a new Customer Digital Analyst to work on customer journey analysis and reporting.
THE ROLE
This role involves:
* Developing actionable insights
* Looking at onsite customer journey analysis
* Reporting insights to the wider group & business units
* Tracking
* Suggesting new opportunities
* Looking at product categories
* Segmentation & analysis on different customer audiences
* Generic reporting (eg. sales and transaction performance)
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* Strong GA4 skils
* Data visualisation skills (any tool)
* Strong stakeholder engagement & confidence in providing insights and recommendations
* A curious and commercial mindset
* An interest in the wider eCommerce industry
