We are looking for an experienced startup marketing advisor to join Growth Division. You’ll be responsible for bringing on exciting startups and managing key relationships. Your aim Bring in exciting new startups for the Growth Strategists to work on and upsell based on key relationships Introduction to the role As a Growth Advisor you’ll be responsible for leading one of our teams of Growth Strategists. You’ll be managing 4-6 Growth Strategists and helping build and execute growth strategies for up to 25 startups. This role involves selling to new prospective Growth Division clients and ultimately helping to drive the growth of the company as a whole. Specifically, this involves Leading the Bullseye Strategy Meetings with prospective clients Creating Go-To-Market plans for exciting up-and-coming startups Negotiating and closing new client opportunities for your Growth Strategist team Managing a team of 4-6 Growth Strategists and a client base of up to 25 startups Attend and contribute to on-going strategy of clients in monthly & quarterly growth meetings Support client disputes and be the final decision maker Identify opportunities to increase the number of channels in operation and upsell existing clients Own the relationship with the client and obtain feedback from them on their experience with Growth Division Hold quarterly client check-in meetings and treat clients to experiences to build the relationship with them What is Growth Division Growth Division finds scalable marketing channels for startups. As a Growth Advisor, you will be in a unique position where we offer employment. You will have a competitive base salary based on your prior experience. We will outline key sales targets and bonuses accordingly. As a guide: £3500/month base salary £50/m for every live marketing channel (we expect your to ramp up to 50 channels in 6 months and eventually hit 100)
