Class Teacher - SEMH School
Location: Grantham (NG31)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Daily Pay: £150 - £220
⏰ Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in NG31. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing and supportive team where you can truly make a difference.
✅ Deliver creative and tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of your students.
✅ Create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
✅ Implement strategies to support the emotional and social development of learners.
✅ Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to create individualised learning plans.
✅ Maintain a positive and structured classroom atmosphere that promotes growth and progress.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have relevant teaching qualifications.
Have experience working with SEMH students or in a similar setting.
Are confident teaching Key Stage 4 students (desirable but not essential).
Are patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students with additional needs.
Can adapt your teaching styles to engage and motivate learners.
Possess strong behaviour management skills and a passion for inclusive education.
