Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Apprentice Administrator to join our team. As an Apprentice Administrator, you would be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks within the business.
Responsibilities
1. Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
2. Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
3. Assist in the organisation of office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency.
4. Support the relevant teams with updating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
5. Manage inventory of office supplies, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
6. Manage correspondence and communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
7. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members as required.
8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.
Requirements
1. Minimum 20 hours per week, to be completed between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. An understanding of IT and experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
The successful candidate will be enrolled in a Business Administrator programme as part of the apprenticeship. A Level 3 Diploma is obtainable upon completion.
Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £8.60 per hour
