Your new role We are looking for a highly organised, hardworking Sales Administrator to join our Finance team. The Sales Administration will support the Sales and Manufacturing side of the business to ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities - Sales Administration: Log and action customer web, email and telephone orders (Trade & Retail) Raise orders and dispatch notes in an accurate and timely manner Take credit card payments as required Check stock and advise customers of dispatch dates Assist in arranging shipments Ensure technical product queries are logged and distributed to technical colleagues What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a similar role Attention to detail Highly organised Good communication skills, both written and verbal Good telephone manner Strong customer focus Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Finance systems What you'll get in return This is a permanent role based in Cardiff, it's an office-based role, hours of work are 35 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, early finish on a Friday at 2.30pm, 1 hour for lunch each day. The role is paying £22,500 - £23,000 depending on experience.
