We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Assistant on behalf of our client a growing organisation based in Glasgow city centre for a fixed term 12-month contract role to start asap. The position offers hybrid working with 3 days of home working and 2 office-based.
This role is all about supporting the Commercial Finance business function and liaising with some external stakeholders across the group.
Key duties include:
Bank reconciliations
Raise invoices for processing
Fee & charges analysis
Management of accruals and balance sheet reconciliation
Identification of cost reduction opportunities
Debt resolution
Financial Reporting
Adhoc tasks as required
The key thing is we are looking for candidates who have experience in dealing with financial reporting and have strong Excel skills, you must be a highly motivated, conscientious, and ambitious individual with a hunger to succeed.
