Life as an Assistant Manager (Culinary or Hospitality):
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house)

* Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:
* 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries [Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus]
* Available to work a five day set schedule
* Experience mentoring a team
* Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
* Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine
* Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
