What the Job Involves This temporary position involves working alongside the Safeguarding & Legal team within the Children, Families and Safeguarding Service. Your responsibility is to deliver high-quality social work services to children and families with unmet needs or those at risk of harm. You will support and foster resilience and independence in the families you assist, while maintaining the safety of the children. The role requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for approximately 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The position demands working from the Coed Pella office and involves being at the heart of decision-making processes aimed at improving outcomes for families without compromising child safety.
