We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a dynamic property finance team at a leading investment management firm based in Mayfair. Newly created position, this is an amazing opportunity to support a close-knit team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities will include: Extensive diary management, including setting up meetings and coordinating travel arrangements Provide general administrative support such as editing and formatting documents, preparing meeting packs, scanning and photocopying for regular monthly and quarterly meetings Coordinating signatures for deals Assist in organising regular monthly and quarterly meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner Co-manage the enquiry inbox Managing food and drink orders for awards and event attendees Acting as a secondary resource and absence cover for the CEO’s EA Organising team social events Arrange gifts for clients and staff members Work closely with other Team Assistants to ensure seamless absence cover What we are looking for: Ideally 2 years experience, preferably within financial services / corporate office Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
