Business Support Analyst
Location: Nuneaton/Hybrid.
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
Are you passionate about data and looking to develop your skills in a dynamic environment? Join our Road Freight team as a Business Support Analyst and play a crucial role in managing master data, supporting continuous improvement, and implementing IT systems.
What will you be doing?
1. Managing and administering land-related databases.
2. Translating business needs into IT requirement specifications.
3. Coordinating with local and regional counterparts to ensure seamless IT changes.
4. Updating and maintaining land freight IT processes and procedures.
5. Providing regular quality status reports to land freight management.
6. Designing performance reports with land and finance management to meet key performance indicators.
7. Conducting user analysis testing on regional and global IT system developments.
Requirements
About You
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
9. Knowledge of systems and processes is beneficial.
10. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, Power Query, and Power BI is desirable but not essential.
