* Creation and delivery of Test Plans and Test Completion Reports
* Support Test Manager in creation of Test Risk Assessments
* Management of all test activities for a Project
* Ownership of Quality Gateways
* Contribute to resource management and capacity planning to support delivery schedule
* Support recruitment and line management of associate and senior test engineers
* Provide leadership and guidance to teams, coaching and mentoring team members to aid continuous improvement
* Lead Senior Test Engineers and Test Engineers to deliver end to end testing using automated, formal manual and exploratory approaches
* Build and maintain key relationships with other departments and stakeholders
* Management of Project defects
* Delivery of Daily Status Report during test execution
* Working proficiently in Agile and Waterfall testing delivery methodologies
* Working with Project Managers, Analysts, Developers, Solutions Architects and Test Managers to deliver tested outcomes
Experience of working in collaborative with stakeholder management and influencing skills
* 5 years' experience of testing with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions within financial services including writing key governance documentation and reporting
* Demonstrable previous experience of working on significant organisation change projects
* Ability to work pro-actively with third-party suppliers to ensure that appropriate test evidence and governance documentation are provided in line with IMS standards
* Previous experience of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, requiring delivery to tight timelines whilst maintaining quality standards
* Test Types: Skilled in Unit Testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
* Delivery within both agile and waterfall frameworks
* Experience mentoring other staff to drive up capability
