Our client a beautiful 4 Star Boutique Hotel, Restaurant Managerto work in their 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Ideally, someone with experience in hotels or all-day operations (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), as well as contemporary London restaurants.
The menu and wine list are shifting towards a classic French style, knowledge in that area would be a big plus. They are seeking someone who has led a restaurant team of up to 15 people and has worked in multifaceted spaces.
We are offering a salary of up to £35k plus tronc (around £38k total per year).
