The Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will report to the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst. You will assist the wider global partnerships team with the day-to-day running of international ticketing for shows touring across European and APAC markets within partnership agreements.
One of the roles of the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst is to create and manage reports from different ticket agents within the partnership agreement and analyze ticket sales; the Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will have the same core goal.
This is a data-intensive role supporting the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst with sales reporting and data collation, requiring strong numeracy skills, proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and a keen eye for detail. There will be opportunities for growth and development within data and partnerships over time.
Who you are
* Some ticketing experience preferred
* Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and advanced Excel skills
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons
* Excellent literacy skills with proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to Executive board level
* Strong attention to detail
* Combines analytical thinking with creativity for problem-solving
* Ability to develop new skills and adapt easily

What the role includes
* To collate and report all tour sales figures within the partnership agreement weekly and during on-sale periods
* To collate previous tour data for analysis
* To collate inventory and sales data to monitor partnership delivery
* General assistance and other tasks as necessary to support the department
