We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of firmwide digital initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and new client acquisition. About the Business
Our client is a reputable and forward-thinking professional services firm with multiple offices across the UK. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to innovation, they are now looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to contribute to the successful implementation of their digital strategy and play a key role in the development of new ideas and marketing practices.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Digital and Digital Manager to execute strategic digital campaigns and maintain high-performing online platforms. You will provide technical expertise, analyse performance metrics, and train internal stakeholders to ensure digital best practices are followed across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in delivering the firm’s digital marketing strategy and communicate it effectively across the business
2. Generate, develop, and implement ideas to enhance digital activity and campaign performance
3. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support continuous improvement
4. Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders
5. Provide performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media analytics
6. Use insights to measure ROI and guide future activity
7. Maintain and update website content, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and lead generation potential
8. Support SEO strategy including keyword research, technical optimisation, and internal linking
9. Lead development of key website areas to boost traffic and conversions
10. Collaborate with Campaigns and PR teams to manage and publish social media content
11. Train team members and lawyers on effective social media usage
12. Oversee online advertising through Google Ads and LinkedIn
13. Monitor and respond to online reviews, coordinating with internal teams
14. Plan and schedule marketing emails and ensure campaigns are optimised for engagement
15. Provide system training to internal teams to enhance deliverability and open rates
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong interest in digital marketing strategy and tactics
2. Experience in at least one digital marketing discipline (SEO, email, social, etc.)
3. Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
4. Knowledge of digital tools and best practices
5. Commercially astute and confident communicator
6. Organised with strong project management skills
7. Persuasive and self-motivated with a flexible approach
8. Willingness to travel between regional offices as needed
9. Technical marketing background
10. Experience delivering SEO, web, and email marketing projects
11. Knowledge of CMS platforms, analytics tools, and social media advertising
12. Understanding of HTML and front-end languages
13. Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
