Can you manage a Sales Development on one of our Sites?

We are looking to recruit a site-based Development Sales Manager to join our Sales team in our Teesside Region, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Your role will primarily involve managing the day-to-day sales function on a development and serving as the first point of contact for potential and actual customers. You will be responsible for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
We seek self-motivated, target-driven, and organized candidates with good IT proficiency.
