Hybrid role - 2 WFH/3 OfficeOpportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading High Wycombe based company.
The Role:
Leading a small, focused Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for:
Line management on a day to day basis
Training and development of the team members
Reviewing daily activity plans
Managing customer enquiries (phone, email), orders and stock levels
Producing regular reports
Managing customer complaints to ensure resolutionPerson Specification:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following:
Solid background in Customer Service and experience of managing small teams.
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships
Be methodical, well organised and have an excellent attention to detail
