Job Title: Facilities Administrator\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are looking for a Facilities Management Assistant to support the site team in delivering an\nefficient and compliant facilities management service. This role involves working with in-house\nstaff, suppliers, and consultants to oversee both hard and soft services.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n● Financial responsibilities - raising POs, invoicing, and assisting with budgets. \n● Monthly reporting and updating data statistics.
\n● Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.\n● Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and occupiers.\n● Collaborate with internal teams in property management, support functions, and the\nwider business.\n● Oversee works, audit processes, and inspect supplier-provided services.\n● Support managers in measuring and reporting supplier performance against agreed\nSLAs.\n● Procure goods and services for the estate, ensuring compliance with procedures and\npolicies.\n● Assist in the preparation of management reports and attend relevant meetings.\n● Conduct regular building inspections, generate reports, and ensure follow-up actions are\ncompleted.\n● Work alongside the Corporate Facilities & Health & Safety Manager to oversee local\nenvironmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and maintaining\nindustry standards such as ISO14001.\n● Ensure security and emergency procedures are consistently followed and play an active\nrole in emergency situations.\n● Perform administrative tasks, including the use of relevant systems.\n\nPerson Specification\n\nQualifications & Key Skills\n● GCSE level education (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.\n● Completion of a Managing Safely course accredited by IOSH.\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
