Artworker / Graphic Designer We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented, office based, Artworker/ Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, refining, and optimising both digital and print assets, ensuring all designs align with brand/corporate guidelines and marketing objectives. You will play a key role in supporting product development, brand consistency, and visual identity across current and future internal and external brands. Key Responsibilities Graphic & Print Artwork Development Create, update, and prepare print-ready artwork for packaging, catalogues, brochures, POS materials, and other marketing assets. Design and develop layouts, visuals, and graphics for possible new product ranges, ensuring consistency across all formats. Work within brand guidelines, both internal and external, to ensure all artwork aligns with the brands aesthetic and messaging. Collaborate closely with in-house teams, and external suppliers to ensure artwork is produced accurately and to a high standard. Adapt and refine existing designs to accommodate changes to the product specifications and marketplace, media sizes, and printing processes, ensuring all outputs meet the correct specifications. Image Management & Photography Conduct product photography using our in-house studio, ensuring high-quality visuals for packaging and marketing use. Retouch, optimise, and edit images, including product and lifestyle photography, to ensure they are visually appealing and suitable for various digital and print applications. Maintain a well-organised image library, ensuring all files are correctly named, stored, and readily accessible across the business. Design & Brand Development Support the design process on all current and possible new brand ranges, assisting in concept development and execution of creative ideas. Key Skills & Experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign) with a strong understanding of design principles. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, and effectively use the job management system to keep all stakeholders informed on project timelines and progress. Excellent organisational skills for managing artwork files, image assets, and project workflows. Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all artwork is print-ready and error-free. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in print and packaging design, including knowledge of different printing techniques and production processes is a plus. Experience in large-format printing processes is a plus.
