KRS Associates are a leading recruitment provider within the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry, with focus on placing strategy and management consultants into consultancy businesses across the globe.
At just 3 years old, we are already a business of 20+ employees and control a lucrative section of the strategy consulting market across the US and UK and mainland Europe. We recruit in a number of disciplines within Strategy Consulting, giving us a strong foundation of clear organic growth.
Due to exciting growth plans, and the opening of our new Central London office, we're looking for an experienced technical 360 recruiter to identify and develop business relationships with new and existing clients. This role is key in assessing and responding to a client’s recruitment needs as well as sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on opportunities available with your clients.
You will be managing candidate processes through the qualification to offer stage and beyond, supporting with negotiations and contract-signing.
Main Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads and identify business development opportunities within new and existing accounts
* Demonstrate strong understanding of the industry and be a subject matter expert within their field
* Visit clients to build and develop positive, long-standing relationships
* Identify and approach suitable candidates for client opportunities, tapping into both active and passive talent pools
* Receive and review candidate applications, manage interviews, and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
* Provide and receive feedback from clients and candidates, liaising between the two parties
* Attend networking events to drive new business opportunities and solidify existing relationships
* Commit fully to the responsibilities of the role, which may sometimes require overtime working
What we're looking for in you:
* 3-4 years experience within a 360 recruitment environment
* Consistent billings
* Strong negotiation skills
* Experience in lead generation
* Previous account management responsibilities
* Experience and knowledge of end to end sales processes
* Experienced and skilled in business development and strong client management
* Effective at planning and organising work
* Demonstrate strong logical and critical thinking
* Thorough experience of using CRM systems
* History of achieving / overachieving KPIs
