Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in Dalkeith. This role not only involves hands-on cabinet making but also includes supervisory responsibilities within our joinery workshop. You will be responsible for performing manual tasks such as shaping and assembling bespoke fitted and stand-alone wood furniture, following technical drawings and specifications.
Youll work alongside a team of experienced joiners, helping ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.As a Workshop Supervisor, you will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the workshop. This includes coordinating workflow, maintaining production schedules, supporting quality control, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Youll be expected to lead by example, assist with training and mentoring junior team members, and work closely with management to meet deadlines and uphold our craftsmanship standards.
