This role involves working as a member of the customer service team responsible for managing a nominated group of business customers. Key functions include managing customer relationships, acting as the primary customer interface, leading regular customer business reviews, and managing, monitoring, and reporting on their associated order book, including driving the supply chain to deliver to customer requirements.

Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities
* Customer relationship management
o Primary point of contact and interface with the customer (specific to function/segment requirements, e.g., Repairs, OE, Military, Commercial).
o Lead regular conference calls with key customers and conduct customer business reviews (potentially off-site meetings).
* Order Book Management
o Own assigned customer order books.
o Perform contract review of customer requirements.
o Manage order arrears.
o Expedite urgent customer orders.
* Reporting
o Produce, monitor, and communicate customer performance metrics internally and externally.
o Communicate and escalate customer issues to functional internal/leadership teams.
o Obtain and understand anticipated customer demand signals, owning business forecasting at part number level for assigned customers.
Customer Service Representative - Key Skills
* Ideally, someone with an aerospace background, but they are open to candidates from automotive or general manufacturing backgrounds.
* Strong account management experience is a must (4+ years ideally).
* Strong relationship builder.
* Ability to cope in fast-paced environments.
