Oasis Academy Hobmoor is a two-form entry academy situated in Yardley, Birmingham. We are an inclusive academy for children aged between 3 and 11, committed to delivering first class education and playing an active role in the local community. The academy strives for all pupils to achieve their full potential, fully prepared for an ever-changing society.
Operational Management in a school setting involves many facets but overall, you will oversee the operational running of the Academy acting as Line Manager of the Academy’s Administration Team. It’s quite some responsibility.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Administration management
* Being the H&S champion
* Point of contact for IT services and Property & Estates provision into the Academy
* Acting as the Academy’s Data Protection Lead
* Providing secretarial support to the Principal
* Being the first port of call for HR matters, including pay and performance management support

* Discreet with well-developed secretarial and organisational skills

* Experienced at managing teams with an innate ability to motivate, support, and coach
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
