Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email. Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes to customers. Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of parts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Monitor sales performance and report progress to the Customer Support Manager. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range and stay updated on new product launches. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels meet customer demand. Work closely with the Customer Support Team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
